What the job looks like
You'll receive service requests on your phone, drive to the customer, and follow our documented procedure: test the battery, jump start the vehicle, and — when a battery has failed — replace it on the spot or install one the customer already bought. Every call ends with a battery test and a customer who's back on the road.
What we look for
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable lifting car batteries (40–60 lbs)
- Friendly, honest, and customer-focused
- Basic mechanical aptitude — automotive experience is a plus, not required
- Smartphone for job dispatch and navigation
- Lives in or near an active or upcoming market
