Coverage, jump-start terms and how to reach AAA, State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, USAA, Nationwide, Agero, Urgently and HONK — plus manufacturer and rental car programs — and where a free jump start from Just Jump USA® may be available instead.
Already have a roadside request with AAA, your insurer, your automaker or a rental company? Contact that program to manage it, get a receipt or ask about reimbursement. Just Jump USA® is a separate mobile battery service with no membership: jump starts are free in most active service areas when a technician is available, so you can save your roadside calls for problems that need a truck.

Could your jump start be free?
Check whether Just Jump USA® serves your area. Jump starts are free in most active service areas when a technician is available; requesting help does not guarantee dispatch. Where a jump start is not free, we'll confirm any charge before service.
Could a jump start preserve a roadside call?
Some roadside plans limit service calls; others differ by plan, vehicle, or coverage period. If a jump start would use one of your calls, you may prefer to keep that benefit for a future tow or other covered emergency. First check your own terms. For a dead battery, consider a safe DIY jump or a Just Jump USA® jump start, free in most active service areas when a technician is available.
